The bobble head came in loose pieces with no instructions after reading others comments I was able to put it together but it doesn’t work.. The pillow I also purchased wasn’t worth the money either before you send your photos in for any customizable purchases maybe edit it e.i: brighten or sharpen it..

i love the way this turned out - wasn't sure how it would be since there were no reviews when i placed my order but it's exactly as i hoped it would be. it arrives partially unassembled (you have to stick the body and face onto the plastic thingy + put on the thing that makes the head extend past the body) and takes a AAA battery. it took about a month to arrive in the US (though that's partly because the image i initially wanted to use didn't work, so they emailed me to ask for another one).
