The water doesn’t come out right and goes right onto the floor
First time actually purchasing from here, and won’t be again. The fountains lid was cracked on arrival, but I thought for sure I could glue it and fix that. Well gluing the crack doesn’t help when the lid shape is off compared to the bowl shape, and becomes permanently stuck. It broke again in attempt to get the lid off. Not to mention the pump wasn’t strong and when I turned it up all the way it just shot all the water out of the bowl to the side completely.
I also had issues cancelling an item in my order, I never received the refund for that item. For a site that is as pricey as this one I’d had hoped for the best quality (plus everything is so cute!) but just do yourself a favor, do a little research to find the best option for your pet and your budget, and don’t worry about the cuteness. It’s pointless if the items don’t work.

I bought two fountains at the same time, one works really well and we love (even thought it does spill occasionally) but this one was very weak, the water does not even come out of the top. They have good fountains but I would not recommend this specific one.

At the first the motor was very strong. My cats were loving it. After about a month the motor got so weak the water doesn’t come out anymore.
