    Cute but pump broke

    This is so cute but the pump broke and I can't work out what replacement I need

    Cute but quickly broke

    I love this water fountain out of the box and it worked really well at first. The peach broke off within a week but I thought my husband knocked it off by accident so I didn’t think anything more. But after two months the water pump is broken. I bought the filters provided by this company and changed them every month but the pump is still broken. The fountain is disappointment sadly. I will have to purchase a new pump to hopefully keep using it

    Good quality water pump

    Although it arrived broken twice (delivered to Saudi Arabia) and the packaging was bad and not as protected as it should be, the customer service was great , they responded fast and refunded me immediately. I tried to fix the broken one and the water pump seems great and quiet, i would 100% recommend if you guarantee a safe delivery.

    Pretty but a pain

    My cat loves this fountain and she's drinking a lot more water now, and it is very pretty BUT

    Water easily spills out of the fountain when a cat is drinking out of it, or if you've put even slightly too much water in the reservoir. I've had to put a silicone mat underneath it because it would create a huge puddle that would seep into my wood floor. I also can't use the replaceable filter with this because it causes the water to pool before it has time to drain, thus spilling over the edge.

    This fountain would be perfect if the sides were just a millimeter or two higher, and if the pump came with a white cord instead of black, because the cord sticks out like a sore thumb.

    Not worth the money I spent on it for the frustration it's given me. But hey, when it's freshly topped off, cleaned, and the mat I've put underneath it is clean and dry, my cat loves it. All other times this fountain is turned off.
