I received my fountain today after waiting about three weeks. There is a small crack in the base (not in the basin) probably due to the box nor contents not being padded. I would exchange it for another one but don’t want to wait another 3 weeks. The fountain itself works fine and was easy to clean.
Adorable
I had been searching for a raised fountain for my cat who suffers from asthma and digestion issues. Most fountains were too short causing her to have to bend more to get water. After reading all the reviews i made my purchase. Shipped super fast after a brief assembly i filled the tank and turned it on. It makes absolutely no noise. My cat loves it and is drinking more water. It sits high enough to were she doesn't have to bend at a crazy angle to get enough to drink. Would 100% recommend
My cat is alway wanting to drink from the faucet. When she does drink form the fountain she stays there for a pretty long while.She likes it very much.
