DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!!!! Poor design and hazardous to pets!!!! I’ve had this for less than 2 months and the nails are completely sticking out and customer service doesn’t care about injuring my kitties. They told me this was the intended design….. HOW?! No refund. Nothing. I am livid.
Poppy can be a bit picky with things like this but she 💯 loves this Cat Tree! And Mom loves the design. We have had hours of fun! Great for chilling, playing, hide n seek! It’s great 😊
