Cute but not what I expected

The piece itself is beautiful and good quality, I was just expecting a little more water pressure so it had more running water. The water burbles out of the arms of the cactus and doesn't interest my cat at all. Don't get this model if your cat needs visible running water to be into it.

Still not shipped

I ordered this item on 2/28/23. It is now 3/24/23 and it still has not shipped. There was nothing on the product that said it was back-ordered or out of stock, so I don't know what the hold-up is, but I feel like I have been deceived. My previous fountain broke and my cats have been without a fountain for a month now. I thought I'd try something new, but you're better off ordering from a big chain if you need to receive your item on any kind of normal timeframe.

Due to a technical issue, the logistics number was not synchronized in a timely manner. I am sincerely sorry for all the inconvenience. After reviewing our logistics records, we found that your package was delivered on March 24th.

My cats drink so much more water now it insane

Gorgeous and functional

I love this water bowl! The design is the cutest and the color is gorgeous. The ceramic feels like nice quality and the pump works much better than I expected. It's so quiet too! My two cats love it and drink more water than they used to. All around win.
