Don't get me wrong, this water fountain is really cute, but it just doesn't work well as a product, also not sure if it's the design issue, my cat got choke on water every time she uses it, she'll be coughing for 20 seconds after drinking water every singe time, I thought she'll get used to it but coughing still happens.
I bought this water fountain around Nov 2022, first the water came out really weak, so i had to adjust it from the pump, but once you are done adjusting it, you also need to make sure that the pump is on the right spot, or the water won't come out properly. When I thought everything works perfectly, all of the sudden, the water shoots out like crazy, it makes a huge mess, around the fountain. Before we were leaving in the morning, water fountain was full, by the time we got home in the afternoon, water fountain was empty, all the water was out in the bowl ( as you can see the photo I attached). It is time for me to move on from this cute water fountain. Do me a favor, think twice before getting this cat fountain.

I was so excited to receive this fountain for my cat! It’s super cute and my cat seems to love it. Charles Barkley has always shared the water with our dogs, who make the water disgusting. If you buy this fountain, make sure to watch the YouTube video on how to turn down the pressure.
For some reason my husband hates it but that’s his problem 😆

We love it, and so do our cats! It keeps the water cool for a very long time - much needed during the summer months. The design and easiness to use are also very good.
The only thing we would suggest to change is that it would be useful to have some instructions on how to change the power of the pump - either on the website on inside the box.
Other than than, we love this item!
