I’ve had this fountain for a few months now and I’ve tried several different spots for the pump in the fountain to figure out how it’s supposed to fit. So far, nothing has really worked well. If it’s directly under the hole, like the instructions say, the water shoots up so hard that water goes outside the entire fixture and spills EVERYWHERE. If it’s on a certain side and it moves slightly, it will also do this. Now it’s in a space where it barely spills up, but my cat doesn’t have much interest since the water barely moves. It’s either too powerful or not enough. Really not a great design, but beautiful to look at. I should have really listened to the reviews before purchasing and returned when my gut told me to, now it’s too late.

At the first the motor was very strong. My cats were loving it. After about a month the motor got so weak the water doesn’t come out anymore.

The pump for this tiny fountain is so strong that it streams the water out in a tall jet that will go out at random angles and flood the area you put it in! The water stream is NOTHING like as advertised in the pictures.

Like throwing money in the garbage.. I’m sorry to say.
I left it on for 2 weeks straight and he was not having any of it..
