I left a 1 star review and couldn’t find it anymore so I’m retyping this review for potential buyers. (This review might get 2 stars if they are deleting 1 star reviews.I just want potential buyers to be aware of the issue so I want this review to stay up on the website.)
Very hard to install and customer service was not helpful at all. I sent detailed pictures via insta DM to ask for help since I wasn’t able to do it just by looking at the instructions. All they told me was to flip the board. The holes/slots do not line up at all. I took it apart and reassembled it MULTIPLE TIMES to make sure I wasn’t missing anything. I asked MULTIPLE people to help assemble the cat tree in case I misread the instructions. All they replied via insta DM was to flip the board. WHICH I HAVE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES BEFORE REACHING OUT to them. Not sure if the product came defective but the customer service literally kept telling me to ust flip the board as if I haven’t done it multiple times already. I have another cat tree from them which I liked but from this experience, I will never buy again from Happy & Polly. They do not take responsibility for products arriving with manufacturer defects. I just saw another review saying the holes do not line up. So, I’m assuming this new batch of Moon Ship Cat Tree might be defective.I still haven't figured out how to assemble it. When I asked if I'm supposed to return or exchange, they told me to flip the board and try again. I received the product in the first week of March and it has been collecting dust in the storage room half assembled.

Very hard to install, not sure if the holes in the wood pieces are drilled at the wrong place during manufacture but I still haven't figure out how to install it. Talked to the customer service via Insta DM. They kept telling me to flip the wood board but still doesn't work. I have taken it apart and reassembled it MULTIPLE TIMES. I asked MULTIPLE PEOPLE to help me assemble to make sure I wasn't misreading the instructions. No luck so far. Still siting in the storage room half assembled. I liked the other cat tree I purchased from here but never buying anything else from here since customer service won't be much help if the product came defective.

Building it was not easy. The slots didn’t even line up in some parts and the manual wasn’t very detailed. Not worth the money.
