We hope you love what you ordered! Cats and dogs are not only pets to us but also our family and friends. For their health and to avoid cross-infection, please be optimistic about the color and size before placing an order. Let's be responsible for every lovely pet!
30 Days-Free Returns
- It's important that you inspect your order on delivery, please check if it's in good condition. Happy & Polly will issue an exchange or a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us directly for assistance.
- Happy & Polly will issue a full refund of the cost of the returned product if you are not satisfied with your item(s). Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 30 days upon receiving your item(s). The item must be returned in its original condition (if eligible per the return policy).
- Returns must be in the state you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- The time frame for return must not exceed 30 days from when the original order was received.
- Any promotional gifts must also be returned with your returned item. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
What you can’t send back:
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
- All custom products do not support returns.
- All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Used products are not returnable.
- Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred for value.
How To Return & Refund
- To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address as well as a code that needs to mark on the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 days (the processing time depends on your payment method and bank). Original shipping fee & return shipping fee will not be refunded.
