Very nice

My cat loves it! My cat never used any bed before this one so I am not so sure when I first trying to purchase it. But it only took him 30 minutes to get on the cozy bed and sleep in there. The materials are super soft and I believe that is the main reason my cat likes it. The size is perfect as it is not too big or too small for any cats and small pups I guess. I have not yet clean it but it seems relatively easy to clean. This is one of the best purchase I have made recently.

Terrible Customer Service

I have trying to get in contact with customer service for DAYS to address an issue I have with my order and have heard no word. They state that if you reach out to them before the order is dispatched, they are able to cancel the order and give you a refund. Well I tried that, heard nothing, and then the order was shipped out a few days later! Now I have to go through the process of returning this item, but of course the catch is that you have to reach out to them to initiate the return since apparently they don’t tell you where to send it back to or if it will cost you anything. But how can I return this item if they won’t even respond to my inquiry about just cancelling my order??

Fantastic！

My cat loves his new bed. He investigated it several times before finally deciding that he likes it. I’m pleased with it and if my other cat starts to show interest in it I’ll get another one.

This is a great product! My cats immediately explored it as soon as I got it set up. It was super easy to fit the pieces all together and it’s easy to store if needed. It folds up nice and compactly. 10/10 I might need to buy some more!

This is a heavy duty cat mat - co-incidentally it matches the color of my litter!!! So very easy to have a few bits on the mat and not see them. I got the yellow kinda colored one...

My cat loves it so much, he’s literally staying in the cat tree everyday lol it’s not too high, about as high as my shoulder. I was kinda worry since sometimes if the cat tree is too tall it’s not stable, but so far it’s not shaking. Also I love the design, it has different functions and it’s fun for cats.
