Ceramic Fountain Pump Replacement

I have the cute little ghost fountain and my cats really liked it. The pump broke quickly but fortunately I purchased this kit with the fountain and could replace it.

But 3-4 month later, it broke again. I wanted to purchase this kit again but my country is not in the shipping options anymore

Now, I have this cute ceramic ghost but no pump I can put in it. I just want to know if one day you'll be shipping again in Switzerland or if I have to find an other fountain somewhere else..

I had to buy a replacement because the pump for the fountain I bought broke very quickly after use. The design of both the usb set-up and the pump attachment are difficult to use and not very practical. The rubber funnel attachment that goes on the pump does not stay on. It just doesn't. It does not work. The usb is easily broken because of the separate attachments of two usb ports, which does not make for practical function and causes it to break easily. The ceramic fountain itself is lovely (I have the Moonlight Fountain) but the parts that make it a fountain simply do not make the purchase worth it in my opinion. I'm not sure how I'm meant to use this fountain anymore with all the trouble it takes to make it actually work. I've considered looking into other brands that might have a pump that could work to DIY it and make the fountain functional. It's very frustrating to spend so much money on a fountain that simply does. Not. Work. Overall, I love the design of the ceramic part of the fountain, but the actual pump itself needs to be redesigned. Either that or make it cheaper to make up for the fact that it will break very quickly, several times. I wish I could get my money back for the entire purchase, because now it's a useless albeit pretty ceramic decoration that lies dormant on my bathroom floor.

I wish the first one hadn't broken so quickly. However, it is reasonably priced & fast shipping. My kitties are happy again.

Exactly what I needed and the price is decent.
