1. Warranty Coverage

Happy&Polly offers a limited warranty covering product quality issues due to material or workmanship defects.

Fountain Warranty

We guarantee our fountains are free from material and workmanship defects for the original purchaser. If a defect is found upon receipt and is not due to misuse, environmental conditions, or accidents, we will replace or repair the fountain or its components at no cost.

Pump Warranty

If the pump stops working within 3 months, we will replace it. Exclusions include:

  • Power outages
  • Running the pump without water
  • Failure to clean the pump weekly
  • Clogging due to excessive mineral content in water

Tip: If your water has high mineral content, use bottled water or soak the impeller in a 1 tbsp salt + 1 cup white vinegar solution once a month for 30 minutes.

Ceramic Basin Warranty

The ceramic basin is guaranteed not to leak for 3 months. If a leak occurs and is not caused by temperature changes or physical impact, we will replace it.

2. What the Warranty Covers

  • Material or manufacturing defects, such as structural damage or severe deformation.
  • Major damage during shipping (must be reported within 7 days with photos).

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Human-caused damage: misuse, abuse, disassembly, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear: scratches, fading, pet-related damages.
  • Accidental damage: drops, impacts, water exposure.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Products not purchased directly from this website.

4. How to Request a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Customer Support via email or chat and provide:

    • Photos/videos of the damaged product
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. Review & Processing:
    • We will review your request within 5-7 business days.
