  • If you have a Shop App account, you can also log in to Shop App to check the order details

Method 2: You can track your order here by using information we sent to your email box.

  • You will receive a tracking number for your order after processing (2 business days) via email. If this email has not arrived, please check your SPAM box. 
  • If you have your tracking number already, just paste it into the box from our tracking page

What do I do if my tracking number won't work?

  • If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, please don't worry, your order has been shipped out & Delivery Status should update within a few days.
  • Tracking numbers will often only begin to become active when the item has arrived in the country of delivery.
