I work at a vet’s office and bought one for the clinic cat. I had no idea what size she was, but she’s a pretty skinny (healthy weight) cat so I went with size one. It was unfortunately too small, which was completely my fault and I don’t blame the manufacturer for at all. I think a size one would be more appropriate for a 6 month old kitten maybe? I am rebuying another one in a larger size because it was so cute, very well made, and she didn’t seem to mind wearing it at all despite its ill fitting. Can’t wait until the new one arrives. As for the old one, I gave it to one of the doctors that just rescued a kitten. She can grow into it
