I was so excited for this fountain and it does work but the water flow is terrible. Hardly any water comes out of the top for the cats to drink from. It doesn’t matter how many time I reset it, it still goes back to either no water or hardly any water coming out

Regarding the issue with your fountain, we recommend cleaning the fountain and replacing the filter box as per the specified frequency. Additionally, please ensure that you disassemble and thoroughly clean the water pump. Pet hair can sometimes enter through the pump's external gaps and clog the outlet. For detailed instructions, please refer to this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59rgkerunEc. After cleaning, if the water flow is still low or non-existent, try adjusting the flow rate using the pump's flow control button.
If the problem persists, there may be another issue. If so, you could contact our customer service team at service@happyandpolly.com via email with a video showing the problem with your fountain.

I love the style and color of this fountain! It's a little piece of art. There is only enough pressure in the pump to dribble water out of the cactus. I might try a rubber band like another reviewer.
Very cute design. Quiet and good quality but the water pressure just isn’t great. My cat isn’t interested in it. I’m going to try to return it. But I’m sad because it’s such a cute design.
After reading all the comments about weak water flow I was super hesitant. But couldn’t resist how cute it looks!
When I first set it up, water flow was indeed very weak even at the highest setting. I noticed water was flowing back out the hole under the lid where the tube goes through as the tube isn’t thick enough to fit snugly through. Added a rubber band on the tube to stem the flow and it worked! Looks like how it should in the videos.
It’s a simple fix but it would have been better if the product itself came with something to resolve the issue (rubber ring around the hole?).
Just wanted to share in case it helps anyone!
