I was so excited to buy this gothic cat tree! We decorate for Halloween in August 😂 and this fit right in! My first shipment was damaged in transit (not at the fault of Happy & Polly). I emailed customer support and they shipped me a replacement, that I received within the same week! I am so grateful for that. My cat immediately jumped right on and also loves the scratching posts. This will def be staying in the living room all year long ⚰️
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this product really delivered. It ships nice and flat, but when we put it together, it was tall, solid, and just as described. Our little kitty started using it right away. Now, I read that in review a lot and roll my eyes, but with us it was true. The coffin beds are lined with a really soft, velvety material that our kitty loves to lay in. He doesn't really take to other beds we have purchased, but he loves this thing. It is nice and tall so he can get up off the floor and we have a dog, so he very much enjoys the option. I love how the black color matches our other furniture so it doesn't stick out as "cat furniture".
Lastly, we have witnessed him use every part of it. He has scratched all the rope poles (not our couch anymore, thank God), laid in each of the 3 beds, and often attacks the hanging shapes and bats that are on elastic. Very happy with the product. We are scared about the price, but it turn out that this one was definitely worth it. You get what you pay for!
It was easy to assemble and my cats immediately loved it! And of course it looks amazing!
