Our cat wouldn’t sit on this perch for two months. For two whole months, this tree sat unused in our living room. One day though, we turned around and she was sleeping on it. She is obsessed with the perch now! She doesn’t use the basket underneath though - it’s very small. More the size for a kitten and not an adult cat.
Very cute, sturdy cat tree. A little bigger in person than I expected but give my girl plenty of room to stretch out and she loves it!

Easy to install, 7 screws in total. It is very strong, but it is really expensive, and the height is not high. Both cats love to play
