    Made a Believer Out of Me!

    I first saw sight of this on Instagram and was definitely sold by the style of it (being a gothic human/cat mom), but at first, wasn't too sure it would be worth the price. After reading more into the product and reviews and reading the BEAUTIFUL "About the Company" story, I decided to take a chance. I am a sucker for supporting good businesses and the product, with its ceramic build and quite pump, sounded better than the $20 fountain I originally bought my cat when I first adopted him 3 months ago. That plastic things is grimy when you clean it and rather nosey for such a small thing. This fountain was so lovely when I opened it! It's such a fun item to have in my home and I feel better using it for my cat. And it so quite, I forget it's there! I usually have to refill it every 3-4 days before it empties out. Totally worth the price!

    Cute but

    Pump sent with the unit didnt work AND apparently you need to purchase a replacement pump with the ‘water flow regulator’(the thing that makes the water gurgle up) as it doesn't come with the unit. Even tho directions indicate it does. Rip off.

    We sincerely apologize for the discrepancy between the product manual mentioning the water flow regulator and the product page stating its absence. During the design and production updates, the water flow regulator was removed from the product. Unfortunately, the manual was not updated accordingly, which has caused confusion.

    Super cute and easy

    Love this little guy. Easy to clean so far, and my cat seems happy with it. My only suggestion is including at least one additional filter with packaging.
