I purchased this cat tower well over a year ago. My cat, who just turned two, was a little kitten and needed a proper play tower that wasn't a tall friend coming to visit. I needed something he could grow with, and it needed to provide height and good stimulation while I worked during the day. I also did not want a dumb beige tower. So upon finding this lovely website, he and I decided to order this particular tower.
Unfortunately, something went wrong with the package delevery (an error on USPS's behalf). Fortunately for us, the team here have exceptional customer service and care for the kitties the serve. I received my package within a week after figuring out the error, and the building instructions were easy enough to follow.
And my cat loves it. Still, after more than a year later. Every time I return home, he is curled up in the cloud. He hides in the covered part which he is feeling extra spicy. And he lays in the clear bubble now instead of my sink. I am a huge fan of this tower, and am quite impressed on how long it has lasted with my little fluffball of a terror.
