Cute design, the cats love the flowers, but flawed product

This is my second flower platform tree from Happy & Polly because my cats love the flower perches so much. Unfortunately the medium and tall posts shredded and unraveled in under a month - I suspect the green sisal is lower quality or not wrapped as well as the plain tan vertical posts on their other trees. And the tallest post with the leaf piece was unusually difficult to assemble.

Customer service acknowledged the issue when I opened a ticket and offered a solution I found acceptable. 5/5 customer service, 2/5 for this specific tree.

I love this cat tree. I have two cats that are 13 lb and one that is 16 lb and all can get on this tree comfortably. They usually don't get on it all at the same time. I have it in front of a window and the middle perch is level with the window so that is the most popular. It is 40 lb and so the base is very heavy and it won't tip. I really think this is a good quality cat tree. So much better than anything else. I have seen anywhere. Well worth the money
