Not sure if it was just my box however when I opened this it had no directions to assemble. I tried to contact the company but no answers were made. I did a quick google search and they were done with numbers and mine came with letters. The whole thing got me frustrated. If it wasn’t for the fact that I loved the look of this I might have sent it back. However I was finally able to figure it out myself. It seems fairly sturdy and after a week of trying to convince my cat to play on it she now loves jumping to the top platform to take a nap. Only other thing I wish the pink pillows would have snapped into the bed as they just rest ontop of the red ones shown and you can still see the original ones peeking out. It is definitely the funnest cat tower I have purchased though and goes great with my condos pink and black theme.

Our black cat Spook absolutely loves this cat tree!! The shape is perfect to let him stretch out in the sun without rolling off the platforms and we love the extra color options. The whole tree is sturdy and beautifully made, including the base. We will definitely be ordering more from this company.
I really love how this looks, I wish it was taller (but I knew that buying it) the sides of the coffin beds could be wider and sturdier and the base could be padded or more rounded but overall I'm pretty happy with it
We have two young cats and one is a skilled tree dweller that can hop onto anything. The other is not quite so graceful but loves looking out the windows. I wanted to get him something he could relax in but also see outside and this was perfect. It’s absolutely gorgeous and took minutes to put together. It is sturdy and our two guys love it. Exactly what we were looking for. For reference, the smaller cat is 10 pounds and the bigger cat is 14. Neither have any trouble using this tree.
