My cats love this tree! I like that it has three levels so they can find their favorite sunny spot! The little details are so nice and everything feels well made and sturdy. My kitties are small but fierce. The sisal is thick enough for them to get a really good scratch.
I ordered this cat tree really excited to give it to my kitty. It was delivered by fedex to the wrong house. I reached out to both fedex and Happy & Polly. The person I spoke with at Happy & Polly was nice and said someone would reach out via email about my missing order but no one ever did :( For such an expensive item you'd think the customer service would be better.
