Really Liked Until Leakage

I've had this fountain for at least a year or two and I've really enjoyed the product, even replacing the pump once after the first wore out. Recently I've noticed it needing to be filled more often than normal and that it was wet around the fountain(on carpeting), so I placed a plastic mat under the fountain because I thought that maybe the dampness was from filling more frequently. I realized that there must be a leak when the mat filled completely with water and I knew I hadn't spilled that much when refilling. So I conducted an experiment and poured a full dish of water into the fountain while the mat was filled to the brim; and not even 6 hours later, the fountain was far lower than previously and the carpet moister still.

So while I did get great use out of this product, I believe it's time to get a new on that uses the same filter since I have 6 left and replace it.

From the video you provided, it seems that the water pump pressure might be too high, causing the water leakage. We suggest adjusting the water flow to a lower setting, which should help alleviate the problem.

Really Bummed

I loved this fountain, and so did my kitties. Unfortunately it started leaking within a month or two of having it, to the point where the entire basin drains onto the counter in a couple hours. I can't find the source of the leak. It seems that we spent a ton of money for a cute product that didn't actually work well. Very bummed at the quality given the price.

My Cats love it

This is a great fountain and my 4 cats all love it. Unfortunately I misplaced the rubber seal for the cord and I can’t find any online for it.

Okay build quality. Item leaked after a week. Ceramic is good quality, but this is made in China.
