How misleading is this name? It is just a scratching post, with no rotation or music. No response from customer service. The guy on the phone says he is just a call center, not customer service. But the company did not respond. He sent the messages over and I emailed them

My cats love this scratcher! It’s sturdy because even my large Ragdolls can comfortably scratch away and sleep on it. It’s cute! Just beware that the cats will probably fight over it and so you might need more than one!
