I love Happy and Polly, I just had an iffy experience. My cat tree was missing a part, which they shipped a few weeks later after I reached out for assistance.
The part got in today but it doesn’t screw in. The screw isn’t long enough so the ball scratcher is just sitting on top? The tree is lovely! And my cats love it:) Just has a little room for improvement

He loves it, he used to be a stray and when we first found him we called him Moon for a bit because he only came around at night, so it perfectly fits his aesthetic 🥰 he's a big boy though so he has some trouble navigating it sometimes but he loves exploring it so he'll figure that out in time, and even though he's big its very sturdy, no wobbling when he's moving or jumping around on it. Only thing he hasn't figured out is that he can lay in the saucer, I think because it's clear he doesn't trust it but I can just throw a little blanket in there and he should learn. Overall I love it, it's absolutely adorable and he's adorable in it and it matches his other little space toys, and he loves it too

Great cat tree! We had some issues with the flying saucer missing a piece (one of the antennae couldn’t be screwed in), and Happy and Polly were very responsive and quickly sent out a new piece. Our cats love it! One of them is all over it and plays with the antennae and the dangling stars all the time, while the other just likes to chill on the first level. Neither cat enjoys the “acrylic space capsule,” but that’s fine when they enjoy the rest of it so much. It keeps our kitten entertained and away from playing with things he shouldn’t.
