the bed itself is very cute & a nice material, however the bed does not stand up by itself(even after giving it ample time to “fluff up”). my cats can’t get in or out of the bed without it falling over. i would not recommend this cat bed to anyone unless they fix the structural integrity of the design.
*edited to add that support was very helpful & kind when i asked to return/refund this cat bed due to these issues. however i still would not recommend this particular cat bed.

Due to vacuum compression and shipping, it is normal for the product to become deformed. We recommend using initially filling the bed's interior, stretching it, and patting it to help it gradually return to its original shape over time.
Additionally, we also reviewed your previous communication with our customer service team and learned that the replacement cat bed, sent as compensation, was delivered and signed for a month ago. We hope you have been satisfied with this new cat bed during the past month.

It’s a very cute cat house, but it does not stay up well and our cat doesn’t like to sleep in it. I would suggest it only for cat owners whose cats definitely like these kind of cat beds. It does not 100% look as it does in the photo as it slumps down, even with the base in.

This little tree stump bed is so cute! I can’t wait for our kittens to snuggle in it.
My cat is spoiled and has several beds, included heated ones. This bed is by far her favorite!
