I got this in a blind box and I love the look, but it's not very sturdy on the blue fabric portion. Every time my cat sits in it, the fabric falls down ..I triple checked and the poles are installed correctly, I guess it's just better suited for kittens/smaller cats?

This cat tree works well for cats of various sizes. To help ensure it’s fully stable, could you please double-check that the four screws on the blue fabric portion are properly tightened? Sometimes, if one or more screws are not fully secured, it can affect the overall stability.

It was pretty easy to assemble. The half circle bit got a tad confusing but overall it was easy for one person. The wood is very solid and high quality. I got it for $50 and that's definitely a fantastic price for what you get. My cats aren't fully on board with the hammock areas just yet but they love the posts and toy.
When I initially heard about the installation challenges from other users, I had some concerns. However, my overall installation experience was smooth, with just a minor difficulty when installing the curved template. I decided to reach out to customer service, and they promptly responded, providing me with patient guidance on how to install it correctly. With their help, I successfully completed the installation. I'm so pleased with their exceptional support and the final result that I will definitely be purchasing from them again.
