Ghost Cat Water Fountain
I’ve had this water fountain for almost a year now and this is the only fountain my cat doesn't try to shovel water out of. I love it! Or at least I did. I had a power outage and my pump went bad that night as well (lights were on but no one was home). I bought the replacement part and it's just not the same. Even with the new connector piece that you attach when plugging it in turned all the way up it creates just enough of the fountain for it to still be considered functioning. This wouldn't be as much of an issue if that wasn't the main way that my cat drinks his water. I'm not sure what the issue is and I'm really disappointed because I love this fountain and so does he! It's the only fountain I've seen that I truly like (even though I'd love to have a cordless one, he just won't let it happen) and that fits my decor/aesthetic. I'm not sure if the pump is the problem and I just need to buy a new one or what but I don't want to waste my money trying that just to have the same issue :/ It used to clear the ghost more before and I wish it still did. I ordered this fountain as soon as it was announced in November 2023. By March of 2024, the pump had already died, and I asked for a replacement due to it being faulty. Now it is August, and the replacement pump has also died, and I have had to ask for yet another replacement. Just beware that you may be spending $60 on a black water bowl, because once the pump stops working you cant use any of the ghost parts or else the cats can't reach the water. Hopefully I will receive another pump that is of better quality and won't burn out after 5 months again.

My cats love it, but i find it just always leaks! Its not broken anywhere, and despite being on the lowest flow setting, the mat its in is always drenched.

To help address this, please check if the black triangular sucker on the filter box are properly installed. Additionally, we recommend checking the water level to ensure it's not filled beyond the recommended limit to see if this resolves the problem.
