As soon as I got it together, both of my cats immediately started getting in and playing! Itās a great size and pretty sturdy. The scratching post is great material too that will actually last.
Order came in the mail missing an essential screw. Without it, I canāt set up the tree. I emailed the only email happy and Polly provides ([****]). Itās been 48 hours with no response. They donāt answer their emails and provide no other way to get refunds or customer support. I would not recommend.

My cats love it and when I had an issue customer service helped me right away! My boyfriend works for the post office so we find it extra adorable
When I was putting it together, it seemed like it was going to be top heavy and unstable, but all three of my cats have been climbing on it and it hasn't fallen. They love it! One of my kitties has made this her permanent spot to nap and watch over the household. It's unique and looks good in the house.
