Stopped working after a couple months

Loved this fountain, although I wish it held more water, but it just completely quit working after two months. I tried contacting customer service immediately after and never heard anything back. It's a lot of money for something that doesn't last long at all!

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

This was such a disappointment. I bought this 8 months ago - it worked fine, though it's not at all noiseless. I bought a TON of the replacement filters for it (like over a year's worth) and now I can't even use them because the top part shattered when I was cleaning it. Now I'm stuck with all of the associated materials which I can no longer use, and Happy and Polly refused to send me a replacement - they only offered me a discount to buy a new one, but why should I spend more money on something that broke so soon after buying? This is a complete waste of money and I will never buy from this site ever again. The quality of their products is too poor for me to give them any more of my business. The other things I bought from them have also been extremely disappointing. They look cute but they are not functional.

Arrived broken a week ago, I sent pictures and they sent me a new one in perfect condition in just a few days. Super cute and great quality materials. Small size is actually perfect, it isnt too small at all.

Cutest cat water fountain ever! My first item arrived broken, but they were so quick to respond and send me a new one. :-)
