We brought home our 2-year-old, 7lb cat in this carrier from the shelter! We put a small bed on the bottom to make it more comfortable. Easy to put together, no complaints so far!
It's really roomy and breathable. My cats love being able to see through it, and it's super sturdy all over. No worries about them escaping or scratching. Like I mentioned in the title, the main thing is that your pet feels safe and enjoys it. This is the best one I've bought yet.

I bought the airbox carrier in pink. It arrived broken on the side, but I used it anyway as this didn't get in the way of usability and I desperately needed a carrier for my kitten. It was packed very tight in a box that was too small for it. A few days later, one of the hinges on the other side broke when I set it down. I didn't drop it, it just cracked. The plastic seems cheap and I'm pretty bummed as the carrier was $100 and didn't even last me a month carrying around a runt kitten thats only one pound. I did get a lot of compliments tho. It is pretty cute.
