It was pretty easy to assemble. The half circle bit got a tad confusing but overall it was easy for one person. The wood is very solid and high quality. I got it for $50 and that's definitely a fantastic price for what you get. My cats aren't fully on board with the hammock areas just yet but they love the posts and toy.
